Okanagan Life Skills offers life skills training and experience for all ages. We work in conjunction with schools and curriculum, and community programs -- and we offer unique, age-specific, skill-specific training and teaching in so many areas, in person and online. 

Skills Courses/Workshops
(in person, online and self-paced)

+ Puberty Health life skills (puberty, body development, hygiene)
+ Counselling for all ages -- children, teens, adults, couples/marriage,
    and families
